Bought with high hopes. I liked the promise that the device heats up to over 300 degrees. Sounds good. That should make my cleaning even faster. Although I did not measure the temperature, the statement turned out to be correct. The device produces a lot of vapor when working properly. He has great equipment. It is easy to fill and has an excellent property that protects the user from some types of burns. Only when the device has cooled down sufficiently can the user open the tank cap. This is a great feature. It also has an indicator that shows the device needs to keep heating up to keep the performance stable. When the lights go out, you're "probably" ready to go. Unfortunately, despite the long wait, this was not the case. While it worked great the first time, or mostly the first time, the device would randomly spit out steam with continued use. In fact, the flow was so spasmodic that the block was not used. I can assure you that I have followed every suggestion on the manufacturer's website to resolve the issue. (I won't describe them all.) But the problem ended up getting worse. I was hoping that the unit we received was defective. So I returned it and ordered a replacement. Same problem. Very frustrating. Unfortunately the ship is unusable. When I turned it off and gave up, the vapor came out consistently for a maximum of 20 seconds. Then I had to let it warm up even more. Disappointing performance. I'm returning the second one. Better look elsewhere.
