Works as expected and fits in a large 5 liter dough hook
We've been baking bread and dough for a long time and have read opinions that the twist works better than the hook that comes with the kitchen gadget. We have a 5 liter kitchen gadget and it works great and fits well in this size. We read that it also fits 6, so we were afraid it would be too long. Overall this is a great product and does the job!
- The unique spiral design of this dough hook reproduces the original hand kneading and with the powerful KitchenAid mixer, kneading has never been easier. We use a special metal coating so the dough doesn't stick to the hook.
