I use this for my fishing gear. I pre-tie my leaders and tie it with floss. Then I put them in the zip lock bag. I also enclose any fishing gizmos to keep my gear dry. It won't fit all my lures but it's more for my pre-tied lines. Label the hook size and line weight and you are good to go. I fish with two poles (max in CA) and this saves me time when I get to my fishing hole. When I kayak fish, it's not easy to set up since you are pretty limited in moving around so the less you have to do to set up your line, the better. You need to be quick on your kayak because you can drift pretty quick fussing with your line.
