I finally realized I needed this kind of brush to help with terribly tangled hair. It works great! It helps a lot when your hair is wet. And if you use a detangler or spray conditioner, your life will be so much easier! The comb is strong and quite large, but it works. The edges are all smooth, well finished. The price is fair.
