Review on CoPilot Carrier Front Child by James Lesley

I bought a copilot sedan with disc brake carrier because the Revain Warehouse was super discounted. We chose to install it because of the price, even though we both have traditional hybrid bikes (no disc brakes). The facility wasn't bad. I think the presence of two people helped me: one held the bike and parts in place, the other bolted them on. I removed the sprocket because the bolts that attach the extensions to the bike looked very cheap and one came loose easily. We ended up using these on my husband's bike already. For the price, I expect better hardware, especially since the mount will take up a significant portion of the weight. The luggage carrier is attached via a rear wheel quick release and is also attached directly below to the bicycle frame. Seat. It seems very safe and we felt very comfortable there with our daughter. The luggage rack is not easy to put on and take off. So if you're concerned about its bulkiness, you might want to consider other seats with smaller brackets that simply mount to the bike frame. My husband was a bit disgusted at first, but then he didn't object. I like that because you can use the trunk for things like saddlebags and other bike accessories if you're not using a child seat. You can also purchase a separate optional rack to use the seat on multiple bikes. The seat itself slides in and out of the rack fairly easily. At first we had some trouble detaching the seat from the bike, but I think we just had to get used to its movement. It took two of us to get in and out of the seat without knocking the bike over. My husband is more comfortable doing it alone and holding the bike against the car. Our 10 month old daughter seemed very comfortable and content in the chair. When we first took her for a test drive around the area, she even started crying when we tried to get her out! I also like that the seat has adjustable footrests so she has room to grow. They also advertise that the seat on the floor can be used as a baby seat. We set it up and everything seems fine, but I don't see any real value in this feature as we usually sit somewhere on the grass or just grab a blanket when we stop to take a break.
