Does what it promises, OBD2 as a standard has been around for quite some time, well known and implemented in many devices (including this one!). I know that many people hesitate to buy something like this online, but the build quality of the device that I received made me absolutely not complain. There isn't much documentation on what some of the acronyms mean, but with the help of Google and some of the resources provided on this Amazon page, I was able to figure them out. Bought basically to find out cheaply what could be wrong with my car, fortunately (or unfortunately since I still don't know what the problem is) it hasn't reported any error codes. It also displays real-time charts (see attached images) which is very useful and really cool. The obd2 connector for my car was under the dash and this seems to be where many manufacturers have placed it. Pay attention to the correct alignment of the fork! One thing I would like to point out is that you absolutely need to keep an eye on the "cover" that comes with the connector, as the pins that make the actual connection are easily damaged if you simply snap them onto the Back throw your car like I intend to. Also, the interface refers to the "EXIT" button, and it's only the "reverse" icon you see in the pictures.
