I wanted to transfer photos from phone to computer but even with the instructions I couldn't figure it out and the Type-C connector is loose , so you have to wiggle it just to turn on the light to make it work. It could be that the one I received wasn't done right because it's a loose fit and my phone is 3 months old so it's not my phone jack. But anyway, I got tired of trying to get it to work and didn't want to send it back, so it's sitting on my desk. When I made it light up to indicate it was working, instead of transferring photos from my phone, I now have three times as many of the same photos on my phone. If plug C was tighter it would be fine, but if I barely touch it the light goes out and you have to start over to turn the light back on. Maybe if they sent me another one it would be easier to replace this one but this one has a manufacturer defect.
