I like that you can use this app with no previous experience or knowledge of running any type of business, because it has everything there in one place to help manage your business. The dashboard feature allows me to check my daily/weekly reports at once without having to dig through numerous other tabs. Sometimes things are not as easy as they seem when first getting started. There's some learning curve but if there was somebody who could provide coaching it would be great! If someone tells you what features you need but don't have available, ask them how to get those features. You can make changes within the app itself to improve upon their suggestions so asking questions shouldn't necessarily lead to complaints about lack of customization or support. We've found that we're able to do more for our customers than expected due to the efficiency of managing this service from home. This helps keep us connected to our clients while also keeping up good customer relations.
