Love it so much! Chef did not disappoint. We use it literally every day. One of the nicest things I have to say for myself is that I love using it to cook grilled meats. I come home from the meat market with all my fresh cuts, season them and then vacuum and seal them. This allows me to release enough air without squeezing the juices out of the meat. Then I let the meat sit overnight and all the spices really get absorbed. Everyone asks me what I do to make meat so tender, and really, it's all about that bad little $$$ machine. I see this 100% around birthdays/Christmas.
