I love this product. It does an excellent job of removing most of the dirt on the windows. Simply fill a Full Crystal sprayer (sold separately) with warm or hot water, stir the solution to ensure the crystals have dissolved, screw on the cap and screw the sprayer onto the hose. Then you use the hose to spray water on the windows first, then you put a finger on the hole that allows the crystal solution to mix with the water from the hose, and suddenly you flush the vivid daylight out of your windows. Remove your finger. out of the hole and simply rinse the windows with clean water until the bubbles are gone. I believe you will get a better job if you clean the window immediately after cleaning to avoid water stains. I use an extension mop to be able to clean the second floor windows, which keeps me off the stairs. One of the best time saving cleaners I've ever used. Highly recommended!
