I have severe hip and lower back pain due to sacroiliac joint dysfunction. I also have an L3-L4 disc herniation and spinal stenosis. I do the physical work of my job all the time and the extra support from the orthosis is noticeable. I like them more than other bandages because of the waist belt. This prevents the strap from slipping, which has always been a problem with other straps. In addition, their customer service is top notch.
