Review on The Engineered Now Headrest for Herman Miller Aeron Chair - H4 for Remastered, Mineral (Headrest Only) by Ashley Chaney

Looks like OEM in home office furniture

This is a really great headrest. I was watching a lengthy video of a guy comparing it to a competing headrest called the Atlas or something - the guy claimed to be objective but then urged viewers to use his link to buy the competing product because he received a commission. Misleading and disingenuous at best. But this headrest fits really well. The frame and mesh fit my Aeron perfectly - the headrest really looks like it's part of the chair. As for the net, by the way, the same guy claimed that the net "eats hair" or something. I can't say everyone will have the same experience as me with short hair, but I can tell you I had no problem with the net getting snagged, snagged or swallowed by my hair. Adjusting the headrest takes a bit of work to get the correct position, and the thumb lever needs to be adjusted (with the included hex key) to lock the position. The recline adjuster (which has 2 screws) also needs to be tightened - be careful not to "overtighten" - I tightened until I could move the headrest without using excessive force on the screwdriver. My only real complaint is the price. I know it's for the Aeron chair. But this isn't a Herman Miller headrest - and so we can bet the price will be. Spring. Price different than Herman Miller. $140+ for this headrest seems a bit high. But - it was made very high quality and I repeat - it doesn't look like some kind of universal add-on.

Cons
