I was very pleased with this headrest. That's the only thing really missing from my chair. The general build quality of the headrest seems to be pretty good. What I quickly realized is that the design isn't the best. First, the overall adjustment flexibility of the headrest is limited. This is H4 in Graphite for the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered chair. This quality and finish makes it look like a genuine Aeron accessory. Take the time to READ the instruction manual to INSTALL and adjust the headrest AFTER you have adjusted the chair for your comfort. (See Herman Miller's website for instructions on the chair.)
