Review on The Engineered Now Headrest for Herman Miller Aeron Chair - H4 for Remastered, Mineral (Headrest Only) by Kathleen Ledoux

If you wanted a product on par with Herman Miller engineering, this headrest is NOT. WHERE. CLOSE. and it's a waste of money. I am very tall and bought the H4. They claimed it's a premium product, has neck support and multiple degrees of freedom when it doesn't offer neck support and the ranges of motion for the configurations are 1) very, very limited, 2) non-locking or unable to lock in the configuration without the sides opening with a screwdriver, the item also didn't fit the contour of my new Aeron chair and scratched the front of my chair with its crappy unpolished plastic. Avoid it if you need neck support and be sure to tape the chair before installing
