Not very good in my opinion

The wood itself is good but it doesn't suit me. I've tried slicing bread a variety of ways with this thing, but the sides are breaking or it's slicing unevenly. It's too hard to cut everything with it. I end up cutting and finishing on a wooden cutting board. It's just too cumbersome to use.
