These small collars fitted my litter of eight border collie puppies perfectly. I put them to puppies when they were a few days old and they lasted the full 7-8 weeks until moved to new families (they weighed 9-13 ounces at birth and 7-8 pounds at the time of adoption) . They'll probably be good enough to use again. They were soft (almost like fleece) on each side with thin velcro on each end. They were held securely around their necks and they never tugged or tugged because they had been wearing them since childhood. I would recommend her to anyone interested in her. Very happy with my purchase.
