Review on 🐄 Coway Airmega AP-1512HH(W) True HEPA Air Purifier with Air Quality Monitoring, Auto Mode, Timer, Filter Indicator, and Eco Mode, White by Kimberly Marquez

Purchased in an open box from Revain's warehouse in November with the description "like new, the product will be in the original packaging, the box is damaged". Came with all plastic, filters still in bags. The initial setup was great and it worked well for about six months. One day my boyfriend and I were cooking dinner when a terrible noise came from the bedroom. At first it sounded like a cat knocked off a bunch of CDs of something, but it went on. We ran into the bedroom and splinters of plastic flew everywhere from a squirrel cage that was about to disintegrate. I covered the front of my coat, dove into the room and tugged on the cord. Took it apart to see what the hell happened and document the damage (it's put together really well - six screws and two dowels). Photographed and called/emailed Coway. They said they don't sell replacement parts or return the item for a refund because it was used and because I took it apart. So I said that was very bad and I couldn't recommend this product or justify buying any other of theirs.
