Review on SnatchBot by Jimmy Hargrove

The UI of snatbot looks clean, easy to use for non technical users as well! Great support from their team also helps with implementation & training newbies too! We used it in our salesforce org where we were able to connect all channels (email + social) through one tool. It didn't have integrations like Zapier but that was not an issue here either. Sometimes you need some hand holding when first using this software which can be frustrating at times however they do help out after awhile if needed. I would recommend trying them before buying otherwise go ahead & try it yourself because there are many free trial options available online. Connecting different platforms together so everything flows seamlessly without having multiple tools or apps open.
