Not Working Properly - Defective

The item I received was defective and defective. The LEDs did not light up to indicate which computer is using the monitor. The button to switch between computers didn't work either. I restarted my computer and my screen resolution changed automatically. All colors were muted on another computer. When I plugged in the included USB cable, the screen went blank. I plugged this device back in and the cables refused. Returned and will not buy again.
