Review on BUNN GRB Velocity Brew 10-Cup Home Coffee Brewer, in Sleek Black Finish by Robin Williams

I can't believe I'm writing this review. I have owned these coffee machines for many years and have always been impressed. The new model and my latest model both had issues with the coffee filter overflowing and hitting the entire countertop. If they require another part to restrict the flow, they should come with the option already fitted to the unit. The new device constantly drains coffee and water and grinds it on the countertop. The problem gets worse when you give them away and they have the same problems but no solution. We're trying to solve the problem, but if I get a "solution" I have to send the solution to whoever I gifted them. Yes we have always used BUNN filters and reduced the coffee level to the point where the coffee was so weak it was a bad cup of coffee. I am looking for a solution via BUNN and will post a follow-up review when "fixed". Well I wrote to the company and they sent me a low flow nozzle. Yes it worked and the coffee maker is still faster than other coffee makers. I increased the amount of coffee in the filter and got a much stronger cup of coffee again. I suggested to the company that these restrictive attachments come with the machine. This will get rid of the bad reviews associated with overfilling the coffee filter. I've likened my review because I genuinely think these throttle attachments should be new to a Bunn coffeemaker.
