Cannot be used with medical supplies and devices

I didn't like a product that was too tight. I wear 2X but ordered 3X and couldn't even get my leg up to my waist it was a complete struggle. I have fibromyalgia and I can't. The seller informed me of the return so I contacted Amazon which I had the same day the return was canceled and Amazon said they would send me a new tag never with a $75 item I had can not use. because of the wrong size,
