Review on Interaction Archive Player by Kenneth Barnes

The ease of use and the fact that it works with our existing system is the best thing about this software. The only thing that I dislike is the fact that it is not compatible with the newer versions of the software. I would like to give this a 5 star rating, but I cannot because it is not compatible with the newer versions of the software. I would recommend this software because it is easy to use and works well with our existing system. I am able to easily access recordings that were previously stored in our old system.
