Review on 🔥 MEECO's Red Devil 5 lb Creosote Eliminator by Brandon Hunter

Much better than creosote sweep logs in my opinion, which is similar to brushing your teeth once a season: great for just a day. I heat with two wood stoves and I love it. Twice a week, on a good fire, I throw two spoonfuls of it on hot coals. The next morning everything has cooled down, I see that there was dark fat on the inner walls of the oven, now it is light gray and flaky. Doesn't replace brushing my chimney every fall, but now when I use it it's just an inert and flaky residue, not the sticky, combustible creosote that lines the chimney like it used to be. Keep the lid tightly closed, though: I don't want pets getting in that crap.
