My career has been very demanding, both physically and mentally, and I've been injured more times than I can count. After multiple breast surgeries in less than 2 years, I got tired of re-tying those giant elastic bandages that the nurses put on in the hospital. I was the only one at home. So I found these and a few other brands at Revain, the first binding I bought literally fell apart within a few days. But then I read the information about it and thought why not? They're listed as a rib brace for a broken rib I've had before, so I figured it would work just as well on my chest. I quickly ordered the first one and tried it out right away. I've ordered another one for my next order! It was comfortable, it didn't fall apart, I bought it a size up due to swelling in my chest muscles and was able to start it on the right side by patting it around the perimeter and adjusting the tension slightly and would go through my chest again and I lowered the velcro from the left side. So I had two layers on my chest and one around me. It didn't slip off like latex bandages, it didn't tighten or loosen until I adjusted it, it was wide enough to hold the chest bandages in place, and I didn't even realize it was on. I was very happy with the quality and comfort and have ordered more so I can wash and dry them while I use the other one. I've had them for over a year now and they're still in great condition and the velcro still holds up great wherever I attach it. I also order a tummy tuck from the same brand because they were wider for my back, I have osteochondrosis and my vertebrae are breaking my bones, I've lost 2 inches in height and have terrible back pain. The chest brace actually worked on the lower back as well, but I wanted something wider because the vertebrae hurt in a larger area. I actually bought a two large the first time but reordered a size smaller and they are the same quality. Needless to say I found this brand of braces to work great, easy to use and will buy a few more if I ever need more. You won't find a better mount for the money. You exceeded my expectations and I am a customer for life. I want to buy extra because every time I find something that works I can't find it when needed. Some of my surgeries have been difficult due to chest tubes and drains so I'd like a few more so I have enough to change while I wash one that might get dirty underneath from daily dressing changes.
