Poor quality resistance bands
I got the trainer yesterday and it was easy to inflate. The owner’s manual is only one she of paper with 3 exercises on it but you can easily find exercises online. The resistance bands were poorly made and snapped right off the attachment hook after two curls. Thank god it only whipped the back of my arm and not my face.Overall the trainer seems nice but the resistance bands are cheap
- Easy to clean and maintain.
- The half exercise ball may require frequent replacement due to wear and tear
