I have an old tent that I love that has had so many hikes I can't count. But on the last one, a couple of weeks ago, the zipper on the door broke. It's no good on a long hike like this. My husband and I have been through this with other tents before (we're longtime camper veterans) so we knew the zipper was to blame. My husband used to swap. I tried contacting the tent company to get a replacement pole. They usually respond well, but not this time. So I researched Revain and found this company. One of the zippers worked perfectly! Good product. I now have other tie rods to replace other broken ones if need be. I highly recommend it, hence the five stars. This purchase saved me over $400 to replace my tent. As I said, I love my tent and really don't want to change it. Thank you Zipper Rescue! You can also email them and they will (for little money) send you more zips (actually sliders if you want specs). They are easy to replace. Just follow the directions or go online to find directions. Don't throw away your outdoor gear and buy tons of new stuff if the zipper doesn't work. Replace the zipper puller!
