Ruined our floors
I know for sure this rug didn't have that many bad reviews when I bought it in 2016 or I wouldn't have bought it. We lifted the rug and found that the rug was fully bonded to the hardwood floors. When we pulled it out, it left a lot of scraps. We had to hand scrape everything and it's a 10ft x 12ft room. Even after manually cleaning the entire floor, the net's shadow remains on our floor.
