Installed them on a GMC with a fully enclosed cab. Used in preparation for early morning fishing. Also used for fishing when camping. Each bar runs along the inside of the cab and connects to a switch mounted along the side frame on the door. Since the whole cabin is carpeted, I used velcro, which I first glued to the back of the light bars. The secret is to first heat the light glue and velcro glue with a hair dryer, put them together and press 1-3 minutes to make both glue stick to each other. Then simply attach the Velcro lights to the carpet. You need to find a power source and ground somewhere. We had to run a wire under the power driver's seat for +12VDC and connect the wire to the chassis at the back of the truck to ground it to the switch. Hope that helps.
