They usually come with new dishwashers and not the open box my brother bought at Lowe's. We found out that they are not sold in big stores. Lowe's would have sent us a set but we needed them ASAP. Arrived the next day and works like the original. The metal could have been a bit thicker but for the price they were worth it.
