Works great on Ram 1500. Original plastic insert needs to be removed. A Torx T27 socket wrench is required to remove and reinstall the four screws. Some adjustment is required for the locking mechanism to open and close properly. I put some washers under the two screws on the side of the lock which seems to have helped. The carpet is also a bit in the way, but it works. I have to put some pressure on the lid to lock and unlock, but that gives extra security.
