Bought this monobloc to replace a broken one in my triple dispenser. Fits perfectly in a multi-year installed base so I was optimistic. Until I filled it with conditioner it didn't stand up. I hand dipped the conditioner for a month until it ran out. Cleaned, rinsed, works great with water. But the increased viscosity of the shampoo OR conditioner fails miserably. So disappointed. I didn't ask for a replacement as I think it would be useless. UPDATE: After months of trying I got frustrated and took it off, washed it and tried again for the hundredth time. This time I realized there must have been something in the nozzle because I poured very hot water in, let it soak, rinsed and voila I have product. So after all this time it was a pain, but now it works as advertised.
