I've tried a few others that didn't have a prominent brand name and only released a drop or two at the push of a button. They were easy to install and looked good, but hitting the button 15 times to get just enough shampoo is very difficult. It eliminates the convenience factor which is the main purpose of it! I used AVIVA in the shower on a Carnival cruise ship (they only buy high quality and durable products) and bought it immediately. That's incredible!

Worked for a couple of weeks and worked great. Then I pushed him off the wall with my elbow. It broke off the wall and fell about 4 feet, that's all she wrote. The pump head has broken off. This is a great product. I only bought it to replace 1 of the 3 cylinders that were already hanging on my wall - see pictures (AVIVA). If you are replacing just the cylinder and not the entire block, be sure to first remove the pad it is attached to. Then it snaps easily into place. I didn't realize I could remove the back at first and so it didn't snap into place so I was prepared to either throw it away or return it. I bought this product with three shower canisters and everything worked out fine, then I order two separate ones for my sink. One for soap and one for hand cream. They must have changed something because I couldn't separate the canisters from the mount. I spent an hour and a half getting so frustrated that I threw it and broke it into small pieces. Bought this monobloc to replace a broken one in my triple dispenser. Fits perfectly in a multi-year installed base so I was optimistic. Until I filled it with conditioner it didn't stand up. I hand dipped the conditioner for a month until it ran out. Cleaned, rinsed, works great with water. But the increased viscosity of the shampoo OR conditioner fails miserably. So disappointed. I've had 2 of these for about 2 years - one stores mouthwash in the bathroom and the other stores dishwashing liquid/hand soap in the kitchen. I couldn't find any reference to how well it would hold liquid like mouthwash so I took a chance and am very glad I did! It really cleans the bathroom sink and is "fun" to use.
