This is a great product. I only bought it to replace 1 of the 3 cylinders that were already hanging on my wall - see pictures (AVIVA). If you are replacing just the cylinder and not the entire block, be sure to first remove the pad it is attached to. Then it snaps easily into place. I didn't realize I could remove the back at first and so it didn't snap into place so I was prepared to either throw it away or return it. Then I realized the back would come loose and could easily be snapped back into place to replace the worn one. One thing I would have liked would have been if the opening that the soap/shampoo goes through was a little bigger so you can have more fun with each puff.
