This is exactly what I was looking for; an adjustable phone stand, that's inexpensive, but doesn't feel cheap. I found that below this price point, you can't get that, and even a few more expensive ones got returned. This stand has a metal base and rod. The base has heavy, making it the most stable stand I've purchased. I also like that the holder has nice quality, thick silicone on all the parts of the stand that touch your phone and on the bottom of the base. The only criticism I have is I wish the part of the stand which allows you to swivel the angle of the phone was a bit tighter. It's fine for a cell phone, but something heavier like a tablet might not stay at the angle you set. All in all, for my purpose, I'm very happy with this.
