I like that you can send automated email templates via API instead of having your developers write them from scratch every time, which saves resources in both money as well development costs!The only limitation is if there are any existing custom logic for what fields should be included or not include within an automation workflow (i have had issues with it including certain data elements). A good way to automate marketing campaigns quickly using our own internal database/content library rather than relying solely upon third party tools such as Marketo etc., saving significant upfront cost over hiring external consultants where we would need much more training ourselves anyway - plus all future updates could also easily come back into house without reliance outside agency who may change terms mid contract meaning additional expensive work required just because they move offices / get bought out!). Helps us save significantly long term whilst ensuring consistency between different areas & departments so everyone knows exactly how content will look when being distributed internally externally customers alike.
