I like that it's free, easy to use and has an excellent mobile app for android/iOS devices as well. It also integrates with other systems such as Slack which makes life easier when you have multiple teams using different platforms or software within your organisation. The UI isn't great - but this could be improved by adding more customisation options so people can personalise their experience in ways they need rather than having everything pre-set out of the box. If there are any specific integrations you would want then please let us know! This helps our team who don't work remotely because we're all spread across 3 timezones (UK + SEA). We've been able to communicate effectively throughout each day without being tied down to working hours.
