The instructions for this product are very simple. With just a few clicks you are on the way to perfectly preserved products! The vacuum sealer came with two bag sizes, but if you vacuum and seal you can of course reuse the remaining bags. :) I've tried it both dry and wet and it worked really well in just a few moments for both a seal and a secure fit. The directions say to let it cool between seals, so be sure to read the safety instructions. It also comes with a vacuum tube for sealing jars, so I'll be looking for more accessories very soon! This is my first vacuum sealer and I wanted it to be easy to use and efficient and it worked really well! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the cutter is on top of the device and it's easy to accidentally press one of the buttons when trying to hold the case, so I recommend those Pockets cut to size before inserting the vacuum sealer inside.
