I spent about half a month arguing between this lens and a Zeiss 16-70mm lens before finally deciding to buy it. I can only say that I am very satisfied with my decision. Took it on a 2 week hike in Switzerland and ended up being the only lens I needed. The scope is extremely versatile, focusing is fast and accurate 85-90% of the time, and I love the color and quality of my photos. I've read reviews where people complained about the size of the lens, but honestly it's really not that heavy and doesn't beat the A6000 at all. I wear my camera on my belt and this has never been a problem even when I walk like 10 miles a day. As for the zoom, which resets to 18mm every time you turn off the device. Well, since I mostly shoot landscapes between 18-24mm, that never bothered me either. But I will say this, I think this lens is meant to be an all rounder, 1 for all travel. If you mainly shoot portraits at 35mm and above, then yes, this reloading can be annoying. Finally, a few more photos from my vacation, with different motifs and focal lengths.
