Overall a good product. The pans are a bit fragile and take a while to heat up. I have to turn it on almost all the way to melt the cheese. But as soon as it gets hot, it gets hot! I recently used the grill to grill a steak for the first time and it worked great. When cool, the top panel can be easily removed for washing. Cleaning tools are greatly appreciated as some other grills do not include them. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. decent price. I am satisfied with the purchase, I give almost 5 stars. I wish the heating elements were a little lower to melt the cheese faster. Raclette cheese can be a little hard to find in the US outside of the winter. If you have a Kroger (Smith's in some areas?) they sell it in the specialty cheese section. Otherwise, Sam's Club and Costco sell a European cheese sampling tray with small pieces of different cheeses that work very well, especially Fontina and Gruyère. Overall I am very happy with this grill and look forward to many more uses!
