Review on Enhanced Performance with MAHLE Original KL 149 Fuel Filter - Unmatched Fuel Filtration by Mike Modesto

I'm not sure. I changed the filter because I thought it needed replacing in my 2004 325i because my car accelerated very poorly and climbed very poorly. it doesn't want to shift out of gear (even on normal roads) and revs up to 4500rpm and still won't change gears and then eventually stalls or idles very, very rough. Obviously I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars because I thought it would be a problem but it isn't. In fact, I think the gas mileage has gotten worse than before the replacement, there is no leak or anything else. but my car just drove really bad.
