Review on PHILIPS 901573 Master Color Elite by Laura Hughes

I bought this pear 10 months ago. Since I've only had one return (due to my mistake) in the 7 years I've been a main Amazon member, I haven't tested if it works. I was PROBABLY sure that if Amazon sent me a defective product, they would fix it. Long story short I was just screwing in a lightbulb to grow some young marijuana plants and it was glowing and heating up to the max, I woke up this morning and crashed. When I first received it there were 2 small pieces of glass inside, but when it caught fire I realized those pieces wouldn't affect anything. Anyway, I was running out of $$ and my confidence that I could buy anything and everything on Amazon was RUNNING! If they do this and want to keep the main member, just REPLACE it! Go away. Being a core member and having an Amazon Visa credit card that you've spent over $10,000 on doesn't mean anything! 😢😩 Update April 19, 2020: So they took the bulb back and I got a refund minus a $10 storage fee. I had to call back as soon as they got my returned lightbulb and remind them to give me back my last $10. Anyway, I'm ordering another bulb like this because my plants love them in the veg season and as a complement to the LED during flowering. So the lightbulb arrived, and this time it was smashed in the lightbulb. So I asked to send it back and they sent another one as soon as they saw the return tracking number. Got it! I have now received my third 315 CMH lamp from them and it is in a larger box with air filled bags around the lamp to supposedly protect it from breakage!? All I know is that it didn't work! 3 up 3 down Whoever is behind this account cannot guarantee that the product will reach the customer safely! SMX
