Review on 👜 Melissa Tote Bag by Frye by Sarah Codina

UPDATE: I ordered another Exact Frye bag hoping it would be better and it was! Packed was excellent, the bag had protective elements. It also had a lot more paper filling and a FRYE felt pocket! This purse was brand new. The last one I received was clearly used by a previous Revain customer and then returned and they decided to keep the felt bag. It's so embarrassing when that happens. Theft! In any case, I love this bag and will definitely get it! LOVE! I have also attached photos of the 2nd wallet. I was supposed to take a picture of the first one, but I wanted to pack it up quickly! Original Review: I have a Melissa slate bag and wanted a larger size so I ordered a large Melissa slate bag. (By the way, I love the slate color! Awesome!) I received it today and when I opened the box I was very disappointed. it looked like someone had been wearing it for weeks and decided to return it. The tag was inside so it was entirely possible to use it and then return it! There was very little paper padding in the wallet and everything on the outside was scratched. I understand it scratches easily as I've had a Frye bag for over a year, but it didn't look like a new Frye bag. I was also expecting a nice Frye felt case but it wasn't available! I bought the second bag at Dillard's so I don't know if you can buy a felt bag at Fry's department stores/shops. So if you expect you won't get them here! I only packed it after opening it just 5 minutes before, I will return the wallet. I love purse! Just not the ones I got. 😒
