My Horrible Experience with Shelry: Poor-Quality Products and Horrible Service to Customers My Story:

Because I needed to buy some new clothes and shoes for my son, I thought it would be a good idea to give Shelry a shot. I had high hopes for the quality of their products and the customer service that they provided because they are an online business that specialized in the sale of children's apparel, shoes, and jewelry. Having said that, my time spent with Shelry was nothing short of a complete and utter disaster. The garments that I received were of low quality, with material that was both thin and flimsy, resulting in a rough surface that was uncomfortable to wear. The sizing was inaccurate as well, and my son couldn't wear any of the outfits since they were either too tiny or too big for him. Even more disappointing were the shoes I had ordered. After only a few days of use, the soles already began to split apart, making them unbearably painful to wear. When I attempted to get assistance from customer support, I was confronted with lengthy wait times and people who were not helpful and made it evident that they were not interested in resolving the issue I was having. To make matters even more difficult, when I did manage to get in touch with a customer care agent, they refused to offer a refund or exchange for the products that were defective. It appeared as though they had zero concern for the people who bought their products. In the end, I was stuck with low-quality products that I was unable to return and a sour taste in my mouth as a result of the situation. Shelry is not a store that I would recommend to anyone in search of high-quality apparel and footwear for children. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
