Well I don't normally write reviews for starters but this was so bad.1. When assembling something was missing to connect. I mean after assembling everything you could, you're stuck with 2 parts. the part that went into the vent and the part that held the phone. easy enough to solve the problem i glued it together. and THEN it worked. but now that I don't like it, I probably can't return it because I glued it with superglue.2. So my phone is the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. If you don't know what that means, it means it's a LARGE phone and weighs around 5 pounds. I don't know the exact weight but it's HUGE and weighs a lot for a phone. but I will give credit where needed. it FITS my phone. This was one of the problems when looking for a car phone mount. It is enough to find a BIG one. Now this is a problem due to HEAVY phone with this product. Whenever the car moves (forward, backward, left or right) the phone holder moves no matter what I do. So if I turn right, it goes right. If I go forward (which mostly happens) it goes down. so on and so on. I'm sure this will NOT be an issue on a lightweight phone, but mine keeps moving. and it is difficult to do anything with him or follow instructions when he is constantly moving. Another benefit is that it didn't fall out of the vent. BYE BYE. although it is twisted as tight as possible. and it was difficult. It also holds the phone well, holding it in place and not letting go until you press the button on the back. Also keep in mind that I only started this 2 weeks ago. It took me a while to get the super glue. if anything changes, i'll let you know.
