Fantastic sneaker for kids. I bought them to practice with the ball for a small league team (6-8 years old). This works great and helps us train children with low blood pressure without stress. Children are very comfortable with balls whether they are thrown or thrown at targets. Considering it's a softer version of the Whiffling Ball, I was quite surprised to see how well the ball bounces when hit well. You can tell when the ball is hit, popped, hit, etc. Response (visual) is really great for a coach and helps us teach kids about swing dynamics and how to manipulate their shots. Momentum to pull and hit the opposite field. I really hope it lasts. After about half a season of continuous use, I haven't noticed any real damage to the balls. Some show scuff marks and scratches, but nothing to indicate loss of ball integrity.
