Was it designed by a man? The on/off switch is now located on the underside of the handle, is extremely difficult to access when in use and requires two hands to turn on and off. Temperature controls and airflow are at the top of the handle where my big thumb touches them as I move the dryer and change settings. Also, it doesn't have a "flat" side (it was modified to be flat) and this block fell off my counter as it didn't lay flat. I hate this dryer but it was too late to return it as I didn't open the box in time. I had another version of this dryer that sparkled and burned out in my hand! But I've had it for about 4 or 5 years and I liked it and thought the buyer would be the same.
