The only thing I dislike about this is its price, but then again all great things come at an expense! So far it's been very easy for me as my work revolves around internet business so working online has always worked well anyway however there was one issue in which their support didn't seem quite knowledgeable enough when they were explaining how we could fix our problems/issues - maybe more training would be needed? Otherwise everything else works perfectly within timeframes given. The best part about this software is its ease in use, it's simple yet very efficient. Sometimes it can be difficult for new users to get used to but once they do, everything becomes easy. I have not found anything negative so far. This tool has been an asset to my business especially during holiday season when we receive more traffic from our target customers compared to weekdays. We can easily find out what websites our prospects visit by using revenue detective.
