UPDATE: The seller went out of their way to contact me about my issues with this product! They even went so far as to send me a new, undamaged roll! No creases, no air bubbles and a very pretty color! I highly recommend this company as they care a lot about customer satisfaction! I bought this at the request of a customer who wanted a holographic vinyl. So far I'm VERY unimpressed. The roll was shrink wrapped and shipped in a bag. The edges of the roll were quite frayed, wrinkled, and bent. I'm pretty sure this happened during shipping so I don't blame the seller. I saw a similar review though, so the seller is aware of this issue and should probably check the packaging for shipping. When I took everything out of the box I had an issue with air bubbles under the vinyl. Again, this is most likely not the seller's fault. The same seems to happen with roll vinyl. I smoothed it out and everything was fine at the time. I will say this material is perfectly cut and weeded, no problems. But there is a general sense of fragility. It is very thin compared to other vinyls. When my customer tried to apply the decal, she had difficulty removing the vinyl from the backing with transfer tape. I had a problem, but in a way I was okay with that because again I thought the vinyl would stick well to the surface it was placed on. NO! Vinyl would not stick to ANYTHING! Only parts of it seemed sticky at all. Remember this was a big incision with more than enough surface area. Luckily I have warned my buyer that I have never used this vinyl and cannot guarantee it. I do not recommend buying.
