Bought the updated version and saved some money but couldn't connect it to Xbox One. I called support and it didn't work. So I read forum after forum and finally found out that if I press the power button for 15 seconds, Bluetooth resets and loses memory of everything it was connected to. Then turn on the Xbox first, then press and hold the power button on the headset for 6 seconds and it should pair, and you will see a connected headset pop-up on the screen. If I remember correctly, I turned everything off and held the power button for 15 seconds and then tried to plug it in. Finally no cables! Updated like new! Another good thing is that if the user's phone is paired with them, you can call them to come over for lunch since they won't hear you yelling. Rschunimagu
