Review on 🐶 Country Brook Design - Premium Nylon Dog Collar with Metal Buckle - Vibrant 26 Color Selection by Monica Smith

I have an elderly dog with pancreatic cancer. This collar lasted 2 months on a dog that can't walk down 3 steps and go to the bathroom on his own. It just fell off last week - the clasp has stopped "sticking". Their representative Pam explained this scenario to his customer service team and suggested that the failure was due to "abnormal wear and tear" and no refund was guaranteed. If a 13 year old dog wearing a tummy tuck can break such a collar "abnormally" in 2 months, I have a hard time imagining what a healthy dog could do! It's scary to imagine what could happen with such an unexpected collar failure while walking the dog next to a busy street. Bottom Line: There are many collar options out there - literally hundreds of brands that look and work the same, and are priced similarly. I would suggest buying one of these and NOT a Country Brook Petz collar. Our family and the rescue organizations we work with in Colorado will certainly not be buying from them again!
